Site Visit & Estimate
We conduct a thorough site visit at your London property before submitting any estimate. Our quotes are based on your specific property, drawings and schedule of works — giving us a clear picture of what's involved and allowing us to provide a fully accurate, itemised price. No estimates over the phone. No vague allowances. What we quote is what you pay.

Legal + Health & Safety
Once your quote is accepted, we handle all contractual, insurance and health and safety requirements before work starts. This includes £5M public liability insurance, formal contracts and all relevant documentation — giving you complete peace of mind before our team sets foot on site.

Construction Phase & Enjoying Your Space!
Our London construction team manages the full build from start to final handover. Throughout the construction phase, you have direct access to the director — no account managers, no middlemen. We maintain clear communication at every stage, deliver to the highest standard, and do not add costs not agreed in your original quote. Many of our projects across Chelsea, Kensington, Fulham and Hammersmith complete ahead of schedule.
