Rear Extension
Rear extension projects stem from the back of the property into the rear garden - increasing the ground floor footprint. Single-storey rear extensions are the most common.
Side Return Extension
Many of our cleints opt for a side return extension - it fills in the narrow gap that runs alongside the back half of a Victorian or Edwardian terrace - typically between one and two metres wide.
Wraparound Extension
A wraparound extension fills in the side return and extends the rear of the property simultaneously, creating an L-shaped addition that wraps around the corner of the original structure.
