Phase 1: Strip-Out
The demo (strip-out) phase is the starting point of a bathroom renovation, where the space is taken back to its bare structure. Everything that previously existed is removed safely leaving a clean shell.
Phase 2: First Fix
First fix stage - includes running new hot and cold water supplies, positioning waste pipes, installing electrical wiring for lighting, ventilation, and power, and applying Waterproofing systems
Phase 3: Completion
Completion stage, is where the bathroom takes its final form. Visible elements are installed and connected, transforming the space from a construction site into a functional room.
